Advisors

Advising is mandatory for all majors in the College of Engineering, Computer Science, and Construction Management. This applies to both undergraduate and graduate students. See the page on Mandatory Advising.

There are many resources available to students to assist you in planning your degree program. First and foremost is your major advisor.

Find out who your advisor is.
Meet with your advisor regularly.

Undergraduate Students

Undergraduate advisors are assigned to students based on last name. Consult the tables below to find out which faculty member is your assigned advisor. You may change advisors with the permission of both faculty (your assigned advisor and the faculty you wish to be your advisor). Meet with your advisor regularly. You are required to meet with your advisor at least every semester. This requirement is intended to help facilitate your success in the program.
